Stacking tower slab scaffolding, is used as a support to carry heavy load under the slabs and beams in buildings. System is very easy and practical to assemble, installing the H frames transversely on the base cross frame. Towers are built separated from each other and diagonal braces should be used to support towers when they are high. The main frames are produced from the TSE certified 48x3.0 mm pipes, have a standard width of 100x100 cm, height is 50 cm. For the high towers, 120x120 cm frames should be used for better stability and strength. Horizontal parts are made from 40x60x2.0 cm rectangular (profile) tubes, diagonal braces are made from 34x2.5 mm pipes. Base jacks (spindle) are used for ground balancing, head spindles of “4 Way” or “U” are used for balancing slab under beam. Slab scaffold systems are produced in the factory of HALAS SCAFFOLDING by automatic arc welding machines and finally hot dip galvanized or painted by special antirust paint by automatic spray machines.
